There’s nothing more appealing than being fresh out the shower or bath, and popping on a clean set of jammies. The fluffier, the better! Every year at Christmas I always receive a super cosy pair, and throughout the year I just cannot resist Primark’s nightwear section. I have a good ol’ collection going, so today I’m going to be sharing with you my winter PJs in collaboration with Hunkemoller!
Hunkemoller have kindly sent me a pajama set that I’m very excited for! It’s more sexy than than cosy, but it is gorgeous. Such a great alternative if you want to wear something a little more pretty to bed. Or, if your family is anything like mine, maybe the heating is on full blast and you need to wear something more cooling for your own health.
It feels only right to start with this pair from Hunkemoller. I will admit, when I requested this pair, I did think that the trousers were actually shorts… my bad! I was a bit surprised to receive the full length trousers, but I’m not mad either. I’ve actually come to think they’re really lovely!
The design is completely lace, from waist to foot. Because of this, it is see-through – I’d recommend wearing underwear with this set. Unless you want to go extremely sexy, of course. I still think it would look gorgeous with a pair of black underwear underneath! It is very soft and not scratchy at all, which I’ll admit was a worry of mine. And it is paired with this beautiful, almost baby doll-like top.
It has a lovely, satin feel and look, and a lighter lace design across the bust. It’s such a great set if you’re wanting to wear something nicer to bed than your usual coffee-stained joggers!
What pyjamas are more “winter” than onesies? This onesie is one of my favourites as, after years of having it, it is still as soft as they day I got it.
Sometimes I have a love/hate relationship with them, though – they’re so cosy and comfy, but when you need to pee your entire body temperature is compromised. But after a hot bath, there’s nothing better than getting into a onesie. The freezing midnight bathroom breaks are totally worth it!
Some of my comfiest jammies are from Tesco, as are these! I highly rate clothing from Tesco, and other supermarkets, too. Although supermarkets are primarily for food, I can always find an absolute gem in their clothing section.
This jumper in particular is super soft, and has a cute “slumber party” slogan written on the front. I can’t remember if they came with these bottoms, or I paired them together myself, but I love the outfit. They’re so cosy together!
This next pair I got as a present last Christmas, and they’re so lovely! The jumper is a high neck and keeps you warm during the cold winter nights. I love wearing these as I feel like being dressed in all grey represents me so well.
These jammies are from Topshop, and I do believe that they are selling an almost identical pair this year, too! So, if you fancy grabbing yourself a cosy, grey ensemble, check them out!
Okay, I have a confession to make. In the height of winter, I always crave nighties. And in the summer, all I want are thick, warm PJs. I’m completely opposite, but I am totally okay with that!
This is a long shirt nightdress, with cute love heart prints all over it. Even though my legs are freezing wearing this in the winter, it’s all I want and more. Honestly though, it’s a lot better wearing this when my boyfriend is staying over – he’s a human radiator and my legs don’t get as cold.
That’s all for my favourite winter PJs – I hope you enjoyed it! If you want to check out the jammies I got from Hunkemoller, or anything else in the Doutzen collection, you can check them out here!
