July Bullet Journal Set-Up

July Bullet Journal Set-Up

Hi guys, and welcome back to another bullet journal blog! Today I’ll be talking you through my spread for July.

I’m always trying new things with my bullet journal as I haven’t found my “style” yet, and I decided to try be more creative and add picture clippings, and drawings. It still feels a bit off to me, but that is because it’s still quite bare and I do have the rest of the month to add to it.

Every month, I also take a lot of inspiration from other bullet journals that I see on Pinterest. If you want to check out my Pinterest, or my bullet journal board that I take my inspo from, you can do so here!

Festival Beauty Essentials | Collab with Emma

Festival Beauty Essentials | Collab with Emma

Hello lovelies, today I’m collaborating with Emma from Out of the Dark and Into the Beauty. We’ll be writing about our top festival beauty essentials – you can check out Emma’s blog post here. She’s such a lovely girl and I’m so excited to be collab-ing with her!

Firstly, and I think this is mostly everybody’s festival staple, is glitter. I feel like even though glitter is such a popular make-up choice anyway, for a glam night out or just when you want to spice up your look, its popularity explodes around the summer/fesitval season. Eyes, lips, cheeks, hair, temples – glitter can and will be found everywhere!

How to Beat the Follow/Unfollow Game | Guest Post

How to Beat the Follow/Unfollow Game | Guest Post

Hi everybody! My name is Cailin and I’m so excited to guest post on Beka’s blog! Beka and I switched for a post, so if you’re curious to read some awesome tips on how to increase traffic to your blog, head on over to my blog here. And you can find my links at the bottom of this page. Now to the good stuff!

It’s a tale as old as social media itself. You’re sitting and looking at your phone, thrilled to see your follower count on Insta just topped 500. Alright! But then, just seconds later, you see that you’ve suddenly dropped to 499. And you’re left thinking, who the heck followed me, just to unfollow me? What is the point here?

Well, there is, in typical human fashion, a point sometimes, but not all the time. Here, I’m going to cover exactly what the follow/unfollow game is and why people do it, why it creates a toxic social environment, and lastly, what you can do to beat it. (Which is obviously the part you came for so no worries, I won’t be bummed if you skip to that part. But if you like analysing why people do dumb things, please continue.)
